         Assist local authorities in setting up a brand new geothermal power
         plant in the heart of Mexico! The National Energy  Commission needs
         your help to finalize the construction of a new  sustainable  power
         plant. Start with strengthening the coastline to  prevent flooding,
         restore what can be and dismantle what cannot. Once  the groundwork
